If no slot is usable, choose the code in the app.
Return the Package
Bring it back to station for re-routing.

Don't Force a Package Into a Small Slot
Never cram a package β it can jam the unit or damage the item.
Don't Leave It Beside the Locker
Never set a package on top of or next to a locker.
Don't Wait Indefinitely
If the unit is down, mark the code and keep your route on time.
Don't Try to Repair the Locker
Report malfunctions β don't attempt to fix the hardware.
Don't Use the Wrong Locker
Only use the assigned location for that package.
Don't Abandon the Package
It must come back to station, never left behind.
