Ask the Customer for the OTP
Have the recipient read the code from their Amazon app or order confirmation.
Enter the Code Carefully
Type the OTP exactly as provided and double-check the digits.
Select “OTP Not Available” RTS
If the customer can't provide a valid OTP, choose the code in the app.
Follow App Prompts
Complete any photo or confirmation the app requests.
Return the Package
Bring it back to station — do not leave it without a valid OTP.
