Have the recipient read the code from their Amazon app or order confirmation.
Enter the Code Carefully
Type the OTP exactly as provided and double-check the digits.

If the customer can't provide a valid OTP, choose the code in the app.
Follow App Prompts
Complete any photo or confirmation the app requests.
Return the Package
Bring it back to station β do not leave it without a valid OTP.
